Mount Morris is Livingston County’s second “Be Well” community. Everyone is working together to eat better, move more, and stress less. Sometimes it just takes “someone waiting for you” to keep you motivated to exercise and be healthy. We hope you will find a partner or group during these activities to help you continue to Be Well.
